Singapore, 1 September 2012. Singapore Advanced Biologics (“SABio”) announced today the appointment of Dr Kristina Rutkute to the position of Managing Director. Dr. Rutkute has more than 10 years of experience in the biotech industry and research, covering a broad spectrum from assay development to quality assurance and business partnerships. “We are delighted to have been able to attract Kristina to join the SABio team initially as the business development manager and congratulate her on the current appointment as the Managing Director of SABio ” said A/Prof Subhash Vasudevan, a founder and member of the Board of Directors of SABio. |

Dr. Rutkute was previously with Acumen Research Laboratories, and the Institute of Molecular & Cell Biology at A*STAR. She received her B.Sc in Biochemistry and a M.Sc in Medical Biology from Vilnius University, Lithuania, and a Ph.D. in Physiology from the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine, USA.
